How to Use

  1. Enter a task description in the input field.
  2. Select a priority level (Low, Medium, or High).
  3. Optionally set a due date for the task.
  4. Click Add Task to add it to your list.
  5. Click the checkbox to mark tasks as completed.
  6. Use the filter tabs to view All, Active, Completed, or High Priority tasks.
  7. Click the X button to delete a task.
  8. Monitor your progress with the statistics at the top.

Where are my tasks stored?

Your tasks are stored locally in your browser's localStorage. They are never sent to any server, ensuring complete privacy. However, this means they're only accessible on this device and browser.

Will I lose my tasks if I close the browser?

No, your tasks are saved in localStorage and will persist between browser sessions. However, if you clear your browser data or use private/incognito mode, your tasks will be deleted.

Can I export my tasks?

Currently, tasks cannot be exported directly from this tool. We recommend periodically copying important tasks to a separate document for backup purposes.

How do I edit a task?

To edit a task, delete the existing task and create a new one with the updated information. A direct edit feature may be added in future updates.

What happens when a task is overdue?

Overdue tasks are highlighted with a red date indicator. You can still complete them or delete them as needed. The overdue status helps you identify tasks that need attention.
